Hi, I’m Iliya, President and CEO of Prime Path Lending. I started this company in 2024 after spending over five years working my way through nearly every corner of the mortgage industry. I began in retail lending, learning the ins and outs of traditional home financing, before moving into the broker world — where I discovered just how much more I could do for clients by having a wide range of lenders and products at my fingertips.

Along the way, I saw a huge opportunity to better serve investors, developers, and business owners who needed more than the typical cookie-cutter mortgage. That’s what inspired me to launch Prime Path Lending: a firm dedicated to structuring smart, strategic financing for everything from single-family investments to large-scale commercial deals.

Based in New York City and working with clients across all 50 states, my team and I focus on making the lending process clear, efficient, and always aligned with your goals.
